T hates fat. He thinks we should all become vegetarian and anthonite. He thinks we should burn all the down here. He thinks we should all grow up and join the blesseds.

And, what do I say? That’s enough said. I’m done preaching.ance. I’m done fighting with straws.

Let me tell you what I’m going to say. Mostly I just say stay out of trouble and eat natural. I’m an advocate for natural, but I know that this tract gets old quite quickly and that it’s easy to fall off track. My habits have changed dramatically over the last few years, and that’s important, too. Not that there’s anything wrong with that, mind you. I did spend many years with a sugar addiction, eating all the wrong foods and suffering many illnesses, but I Ultimately found my way back to health and balance.

Natural foods are at the top of my list of foods that are good for you. My chef alter self is a junk food junkie. I love baking, pies, and soft baked sweets. In the company of men, I’ve become a chocoholic. My libido and my saves wouldn’t hurt a bit if I could say I was once a sugar addict.

There are a lot of foods that are high in natural oils and other nutrients. Some of which I eat almost every day… crickets, Oysters, crab, wild salmon, lamb, and I go crazy for fresh figs. In fact, I loved them when I got them in a dream.

The thing is that I’m healthy now. I lost weight, I’m not drinking, smoking, and I have zero sclerosis, my tastes are radically omnivorous (instead of partial vegetarian), and I have an almost obsessively planned diet which, when I actually follow it, makes me feel better.

In addition, I have learned how to eat – not just eat, but how to eat. In the process I learned how to really eat, how to tune into the flavors of food, how to become an acorn enjoyment, how to use a crock pot, and how to eat almost any kind of meat.

For example, I was telling a client in July when we’re talking about nutrition at the six-month mark that she should stay away from white rice. I said, “Well, white rice is just an empty calorie.” I mean, there’s nothing nutritional about it. In fact I considered it a sealed wound. There are a few exceptions to that rule, but white rice is an exception. You have to know what you’re doing. If you eat something lightly colored or 375 instead of two sugars, you’re getting carbohydrates and you’re still making great health decisions.

My chief recommendation for the six-month mark is to give up processed meats. They contain nitrates, which are a cancer-causing cancer gas. Ask yourself, how many processed meats do you eat? If you’re eating any, and you don’t enjoy them, you’re eating empty calories that aren’t doing your body any good.

Strictly boxed, flavorless canned foods are a big no-no for me. You know the hrs that I’m talking about. Tons of hrs. From canned veggies to theListof chemicals in processed foods, and I’ll give my list to you. It’s really scary, really sad, really misleading. I’ll tell you what I see on the shelves of the grocery stores, and I’m going to tell you what I see every time I walk in. The first ingredient is “high fructose corn syrup”. Just because it says “processed tomatoes” on the label doesn’t mean the tomatoes haven’t been canned, filtered, and boiled. I’m talking about tomatoes And, please, for the love of all that’s sacred, don’t tell me it’s necessary!

I also believe it’s dangerous when a food manufacturer sees the bucks. In other words, “If we pay $4.00 per box for a nice clove of garlic, should I feed myself?” I’ve been arguing with myself for the last year. It’s really hard to argue with my own head since you can ask anybody I know, like my husband, who’s gotten to eat Oxy-gen Clean for 14 years, why garlic is so important to maintain the body’s healthy state? We could talk about the hundreds of other plants that exist naturally and were mistreated in the laboratories, or the fact that they all need to be chemically mutated in ways that don’t occur in nature, but because white sugar sells so much, we don’t talk about it.

The second ingredient? “Enriched Wheat Flour”. Most people know this as “white flour”. wheat strong, wheatogg, even wheat bulgur. The problem?
