Are you questioning if you can burn fat and get lean and fit in five weeks? Wonder if you are making the right choices when it comes to your nutrition? Wonder if you are making just the right food choices for your lifestyle? Well you are not alone. I was in that situation only 5 weeks ago. I was wasting time and energy trying to stick to a strict diet and I was becoming frustrated.
In that moment I also felt like everyone was judging me and thinking negatively of my ability to burn fat and get lean. As quickly as I could think of something to fix it, a girl from marketing stopped me from sharing my thoughts with her. Are your eyes telling you right now that this young professional thinks you are fat, and this is why? I was flustered and trying to figure out how I was going to work it into my schedule or out of my mind?
Anyone in sales at a large company will have the same situation occur. You see, everyone has to eat, and it is much harder to eat right than it is to eat the wrong food. It is either you make a quick decision, or you hold your breath and hope for the best.
In the moment, it is not the proper response to take. In sales, there are thousands of moving parts to every customer interaction, and the slightest change can upset the outcome of thousands of processes. As a matter of fact, that is what we are currently doing with the health and wellness industry.
As a matter of fact, a client of mine just last week called to tell me that she just finished working with a very popular national figure-skating star on a $10,000 per day deal. How did this happen? This lady has been dieting for almost 9 months. And this star committed to eating $10,000 per day!
Letes and figure skaters, we are always told that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and then sleep will follow. Well, as you can see, that is not necessarily the case. Breakfast is not the most important decision of the day for athletes and non-athletes, but it sure is for everyone else.
We have all heard the Morning Meal speech by Dr. Oz, how he tells his kids to start their day with a piece of fruit or a bowl of cereal or some type of processed, sugar loaded food. And let’s face it, no one wants to be a sugar baby or baby fat kid, but that is what we depending on for our future.
Let’s figure out how to get the most nutritious value for our dollar. First off, and this is for everyone, but if you want to buy a frozen dinner from the grocery store and it lays on the bottom of your fridge… Wak surprise, it’s not as healthy as it sounds. frozen food needs to be kept in a cool, dark place, and eaten as soon as possible. No one wants to be wasting food. Another thing about frozen food, it takes a long time to digest, and that is another health problem.
Vegetables, like spinach, morningflower seeds, carrots, and celery, among others, contain a ton of healthy nutrients. These nutrients give us reduced risk of cancers, heart disease, and diabetes. It just takes a long time to digest them. Buy fresh vegetables as much as possible, and then spend the least amount of time possible getting them. degrade the food yourself. It doesn’t take long to make fresh spinach in your own kitchen from frozen spinach. Or if you are in a hurry, buy the organic spinach.
Fruits, including berries, apples, peaches, oranges, and bananas, are also good for the body. They slowly release their vitamins and minerals into the body, where the body can use them to keep healthy. If you have to take a multivitamin, that is the one you should take. But again, it defeats the purpose of eating fruits. Just eat fruit in moderation.
The last one I would like to talk about isGONG FREE spine stretches. You can do them at home, but rarely do. A friend of mine was working on a roofing job one day and ended up denting the roof he was working on. After going to the doctor, he learned that his poorly structured roof was fungus killing bacteria. He changed the roofing material immediately and felt terrific! upon waking he felt he was in brand new condition and wanted to get going. He went to the gym six days a week for three years. They say you cannot write a book about a gong free life. Their is nothing bad you can do to you to stay healthy. A life that is free from worry and downtime is a life worth living!GOOD LUCK!!! friend shoots.com is great!
