Resveratrol, is a potent polyphenolic compound that has been linked to a variety of health benefits. The compound is found naturally in grapes, red wine, and grape juice. In the past years, numerous studies have been conducted and most of them are based on research and evidence that the substance does actually have potent health benefits. The question is; does it really work?

The key to understanding the relationship between resveratrol and how it works in the body, is our body’s intolerance to insulin.
