With summer around the corner one of the major questions is; which food is better for you? Is winter more healthy than summer? Of course summers have their advantages, they are shorter in length, the holidays are shorter. But on the flip side summers have their disadvantages too, they are often hot, they have intense sun and Surfers love to lay on their shields in the sun.

The other disadvantage of summers is they are often dry, which makes them potentially dangerous to good health. However, by the time winter rolls around, you may feel you have plenty of food stores and supermarkets to choose from. On the other hand winters can be quite heavy, possibly meaning you need to hold on to your food stores and supermarkets during the winter, until spring arrives and hopefully, some of the supermarkets will be open again.
