There are few things more refreshing and enjoyable than a nice fruit salad. plexe mango s thirsty and desire so you’ll be satisfied. Serve it alongside a creamy vinaigrette and you’ve got a pretty tasty snack packing plenty of natures vitamins and minerals.

6) Veggie Sticks with Peanut Butter

Sometimes you and your child might both really want a burger and fries. But if you deprive either of them, they’ll crave it more than anything. Offer them a tasty veggie treat without the cheese or ketchup. Carrot sticks are a favorite in our house. Try out different kinds of carrot sticks with different flavors. For example, try caramelizing them or using them in a rice pudding.

7) Cheese and Fruit Porridge or Muesli

This breakfast favorite is great because you can customize it. Just microwave a frozen fruit, some chopped almonds, and a little bit of honey. Instead of milk, use a yogurt. Add some finely shredded cheese and it’s fantastic. Lots of mothers, like my mother, make a cooked cheese and fruit breakfast the honor of her children. This meal is usuallyPTTbefore breakfast.

8) Fruit, Yogurt, and Cheese

If you have your own kitchen, you can make a wonderful homemade fruit salad or yogurt. Learn how to contain fats by cutting the fruit up into pieces that will easily pass through your juicer. Hand some to your child, if they like it, and let them make their own alternative. Sometimes, fruit and dairy products need to be separated to avoid a Combine front. In that case, use 2 pieces of fruit with a yogurt (you can stick a straw in the container to mix it up) teaspoon of honey, and you’ve got a breakfast that the whole family will enjoy.

9) Corn and Milk

Here’s a fun family breakfast you can make many different ways. We start with homemade grits, then puree the remaining after which we process in our blender. Sometimes we add a little milk or yogurt to the grits. We’ve also used it to make a tasty creamy base for soups by simply topping them with a little bit of milk or yogurt.

10) Oatmeal and raisins with nut butter

Using raisins is a fun way to get lots of antioxidants. I personally don’t like raisin toast, but a delicious alternative is to sprinkle a bit of nut butter on toasted oats. You can also use nut butters to add additional beneficial fats to your breakfast.

In the end, finding a healthy way to enjoy breakfast is easy, especially with kids! All it takes is a bit of research and some creative thought and you could find a whole world of flavor out of the cupboard.
