It is good to be diverse and have our cake and eat it too but having the simple carbohydrates is better than not having it at all. The way to go would be to have an open mind and to experiment with the foods we are going to eat. Try to get used to the taste of the foods that we are going to eat and gradually we shall adapt to the taste. When we get used to the taste of the foods we shall enjoy eating them and not feel guilty. It is because when we get used to the taste our cravings shall go away.

When you get the hang of eating the foods that have less carbohydrates, we shall soon notice that we are not getting hungry as often. This is because when we are hungry, we are just mindlessly eating. Think about the fact that when you eat very hungry, you are not thinking about anything. You can sort of target specific foods to help you lose weight. Eating them once a week shall help you lose weight but you should not be confused that a certain food is healthy. It is all about choosing the right ones and eliminating the unhealthy ones.
