How To Lose Belly Fat

Today there are a lot of people looking for the “cure” of obesity. But on the other extreme, there are people fighting in the streets every day to lose their belly fat and keep them.

People say: “lose weight fast and get rid of my belly fat!” Is this achievable?

If so, then why don’t we see more people doing it? Why isn’t everyone sporting a flat belly?

Well, maybe they aren’t. Most of them try a little harder than usual and set some goals to increase their chances of success. All these people just need a nudge and you could be one of them!

The first thing to keep in mind, is that the majority of the information out there is nothing new. It’s all just a repetition of something you’ve already read.

Let me give you a brief introduction to the concept of burning fat. Again, it’s nothing new. It’s a stack of facts that many people already know. But we try to ignore them in this fat burning busy day and live in our own reality.

So here it is:

-Burning fat (using calories) goes like this:

* Do some exercise

* Take in fewer calories than you use up in the day

* If you use up more calories than you eat, you will lose weight

* If you use up fewer calories than you eat, you will gain weight

The problem we face today is that there is so much garbage out there about weight loss that we don’t know where to turn. We don’t know which proven and healthy method we should use to trim that fat. Here are a few facts about weight loss:

* 75-90% of your results are from water, muscle and your brain

* You can lose up to twice your body weight in water and muscle loss

* The leaner you get, the less you need to do in order to look good

* You need to burn stored fat before it will turn into energy

Here is the secret: There is a simple and proven way to lose weight naturally that doesn’t involve a lot of fancy equipment, fad diets or personal trainers. It involves strength training and it preferably should be followed by a healthy and balanced diet.

Strength training doesn’t have to make you buff or huge. A good personal trainer will make sure you are using the correct technique so you get the results you want. If you train only cardio, you’re at greater risk of injury. Use your strength training workout to take care of your limits. Use an exercise band or dumbbells to make your strength training effective.

Cardio training means you run several miles (or other types of cardio) in a set period of time. It is effective, but it does not do much to help you lose fat. The reason for this is simple. When you run, you use up fat, but you are training only muscle and while this seems a good thing. It is not really. Remember, your goal is to burn fat. The only way you could actually lose any fat is by lowering the fat percentage and increasing the muscle. This can only be done through strength training and cardio in a specific order.

Another fact, you don’t have to train for more than 45 minutes to get good fat burning results. When you train with weights, you are training your body to build muscle and doing so for a relatively short amount of time, in some cases up to about 45 minutes.

The best fat burning workouts are the ones you enjoy the most. If you enjoy them, that is a plus. If you don’t like them, then you probably won’t stick to them. Losing fat is not hard. Do the workout you enjoy the most and combine it with a healthy diet.
